    DO I NEED TO JOIN A GYM TO DO THIS PROGRAM?

    This program can be done with any training tool. Barbells, dumbbells, cables, kettlebells, machines...anything you can find. To get the most out of each workout it will be best to have some of this equipment available. There is also the At-Home Bikini Body Performance version you can do anywhere with very little equipment.

    CAN TEENAGERS DO THIS PROGRAM?

    Experts say 14 is a good time to start training with weights. Teenagers can get fantastic results adding muscle to their skinny frames, and incorporating proper techniques and proper eating habits at an early age.

    We love vegetables and highly recommend filling every meal with tons of them! We also believe in the power of protein and feel meat is a great source to get the necessary dietary requirements that meet the demands of the high intensity workouts. That being said, a vegetarian or vegan can easily manipulate some of the meal plans & recipes to fit their specific needs. We even have some recipes that are already vegetarian & vegan friendly labeled for you!

    HOW DO I ACCESS MY WORKOUTS & DIET PLAN?

    Every one of your workouts can be accessed through your phone, computer or tablet wherever you are...whenever you want!
